12 months in service, or 24 months from delivery.

Coverage is limited to defects in material and workmanship and conformity to Seller’s applicable specifications. The text below is the published warranty of Hydraulics Canada, reproduced in full.

1. 01Seller warrants the articles sold hereunder to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to conform to applicable specifications of Seller.
2. 02Expressed warranties are the sole warranties of Seller; any other warranties, expressed, implied in law or implied in fact (including any warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR PURPOSE), are hereby specifically excluded.
3. 03Seller’s sole obligation under its warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace or repay the price of any article or part thereof, which is proved to the satisfaction of Seller to be the same part sold under this warranty.
4. 04Seller shall have no liability in any event for any special, indirect, or consequential damages.
5. 05No allowances shall be made to Buyer for any transportation, labour charges or parts, adjustments or repairs, or any other work, unless such charges are authorized in advance in writing by Seller.
6. 06All parts have to be adjusted before assembly by the user.
7. 07If an article is claimed to be defective in material or workmanship or not to conform to specifications, Seller, upon notice promptly given, will either examine the article at Buyer’s site, or issue shipping instructions for return, freight prepaid, to Seller.
8. 08The warranties shall not extend to any articles or parts thereof which have been subject to misuse or neglect or which have been installed, used or serviced, otherwise than in conformity with Seller’s applicable specifications, manuals, bulletins or improper installation.
9. 09The warranties shall not apply to any articles or parts thereof furnished by Buyer or acquired from others at Buyer’s request and/or to Buyer’s specifications.
10. 10The foregoing limitations on Seller’s liability in the event of breach of warranty shall also be the absolute limit of manufacture, installation or otherwise, with regard to the articles covered hereby, and at the expiration of the period as above stated with regard to warranties, all such liabilities shall terminate.
11. 11No employee or representative of Seller is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty.
